DOCUMANTATION OF THE
VIRTUAL 3D TOUR

The time capsule is set.
It will be found in the future.
Time encloses everything.
Eyes in the darkness.

The film „Eyes in the Darkness“ documents the eponymic 2020 exhibition as a 3D tour. The exhibition, addressing art’s enclosure in time, has been enclosed in a building as a timecapsule.

The finished, no longer accessible time-capsule Exhibition, before the completion of the closing building.

“Eyes in The Darkness” is a curated and completely constructed exhibition. It has been enclosed in a building complex. The exhibition space was finalized, including the complete work show, in the shell construction phase of the area.

The exhibition space was consequently entirely enclosed by an additional building. The former entrances were closed. Hence, the space is only going to become accessible after the enclosing complex’s use value has expired.

„Eyes in the Darkness“ includes a variety of artistic positions from the Fortunists’ archives, extending from 1952 to 2004.

The Fortunists` expansive archives encompass artistic positions dedicated to the Fortunist creed.
Alongside realized works, they furthermore contain many drafts and unfinished concepts. Exclusively for the time-capsule exhibition various conceptual ideas have now been implemented.
